    I had to pop in to the Kingsway branch and as I can't stand for long periods I planned a late lunch myself to avoid the normal lunch hour queues. Wrong! Only one person serving and four people in front of me. After having to listen to the over-enthusiastic apologetic but chatty teller who was clearly trying to compensate for the lack of staff and long queue (by the time I reached the counter there were now nine people waiting), to my regret I was abrupt with said teller but being told that my complaint would be added to the list not only didn't placate me but also showed that there was clearly a problem not being addressed. I had wasted my entire lunch break waiting to be served for two minutes and had to abandon the other errands I had planned. I shall try to avoid this branch until things improve (assuming they actually take any notice)
